Summer is here, and it’s the perfect time for
BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, a BRAVO I BRIO Restaurant Group concept,
to introduce a variety of new menu items, including a Special Summer Menu, New $3.95 Bar
Bites Menu Additions and New $5 Weekday Drink Specials at its location in Dr. Phillips in the Dellagio Plaza.
Fresh New Menu Items for Summer
BRAVO’s new menu, available now,
includes two new made-to-order pastas: Grilled
Vegetable Pasta (Eggplant, red peppers and onions tossed with spaghettini,
mushrooms, marinara, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh basil); and Lemon Shrimp Florentine Pasta (Sautéed
shrimp tossed with tomatoes, Boursin, spinach, Feta and linguine in a light creamy
lemon sauce). Other additions include the Crispy
Mahi Mahi Wrap (With spicy jicama slaw, farro, lettuce and a charred green
onion mayonnaise. Served with a field greens salad); Lemon Chicken & Rosemary Shrimp (Chicken and shrimp marinated
in lemon with rosemary, with a sauté of fresh vegetables, farro and orzo topped
with an arugula salad and red pepper gastrique); and Citrus Crusted Grilled Mahi Mahi (Topped with a zesty citrus crust
served with sautéed fresh vegetables, farro, orzo and lemon butter sauce).
Celebrate BRAVO! Hour! Happy Hour Gets Tastier with Bar Menu Additions
The enticing new items now on BRAVO’s
popular $3.95 Bar Bites menu are
excellent choices for those who desire a sample of Italian flavor. The Bar
Bites menu is offered every Monday through Friday in the bar area only during
designated times in the afternoon/evening/nighttime and features the new standouts
Margherita Stuffed Flatbread filled
with tomatoes, basil, Fontina and Mozzarella in our crispy flatbread, served
with pomodoro sauce; Tomato & Herb
Ricotta Fonduta, served bubbling hot with crispy ciabatta; and Caprese Salad, a classic with marinated
tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella, basil and a field greens salad and a new BRAVO! Burger. The new items are
in addition to a delicious array of the popular favorites found on $3.95 Bar Bites menu.
BRAVO! has also added a variety
of new $5 drink specials on select
wines, housemade sangria and martinis, providing a wonderful complement to any
meal. The specials are now available throughout the week Monday through Friday during
Bar Bite menu times. As for vino, Pinot Grigio,
Tavolo Matto; Chardonnay, Tavolo
Matto; and Rosso, Tavolo Matto; all
from Veneto, Italy, are offered for $5 per glass. Housemade sangrias available
for $5 by the glass are Sangria Rosa
and White Peach Sangria. BRAVO’s $5
martinis are sure to please any martini enthusiast: Martini Classico, Cosmo
Classico, Pomegranate Cosmo and Black Raspberry Cosmo. Mojitos featured
on the $5 drink special list are Mojito
Classico, Mango Mojito and Strawberry Mojito. Availability varies
by location.

Italiana is located at 7924 Via Dellagio Way in the Dellagio development
adjacent to The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips, the 7,482-square-foot BRAVO!
restaurant includes indoor seating for 233, two private dining rooms that can
each accommodate up to 30, and an outdoor terrace that seats 122. BRAVO! offers
lunch and dinner, as well as an award-winning children’s menu. The restaurant
is open Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-11
