Can't go wrong with Qdoba for a Cinco de Mayo Party

I threw a birthday party for a good friend recently and turned it into a Birthday Party/Cinco de Mayo Fiesta with help from Qdoba Catering. Qdoba is my go-to spot for catering, not only because I love Mexican, but because it's the perfect food for nibbling at a gathering. And who doesn't like chips and dip?

Qdoba makes it easy by providing everything you need, all neatly packaged in easy-to-carry bags -- everything including nacho chips, flour tortillas, taco shells, warm meats (chicken, beef or steak), shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and an assortment of salsa toppings. All this with utensils, chaffing dish with sterno, plates and napkins. Pick up or get it delivered, it's all there and you are ready to party!
